  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll process your refund within 3-5 business days. Refunds will be issued via the original payment method.

Non-Returnable Items:

  • Used or opened products.

  • Products with broken seals or damaged packaging.

  • Gift cards or promotional items.

  • Shipping fees, bank charges, or third-party costs.

Exchanges:
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. To request an exchange, contact us at thekoreanskinstore@gmail.com and ship the item back to us using a trackable shipping service.

Late or Missing Refunds:

Shipping Returns:
